Wasabi--Move Over Tulkoff's

Ahh, horseradish. It sounds impressive as a curse and said at a loud volume it sounds ferocious. Last night, I went to a local japanese sushi joint. I love tempura, I love japanese food, I love rice. Even more than those goodies, I adore the tiny green lumps of wasabi. http://www.freshwasabi.com/ It is ever so much better than the red-hot Tulkoff's http://www.tulkoff.com/companyroots.html that we have at seders. Best cure for headcolds known. Better than apples and antihistamines. Much better than steam and towels over the head. Just wonderful stuff. Enjoy the green.
